that i kinda want to play as the girls tonight... and not only that... but as our old rockband 1 girls, i missed them.. i missed my tats!! Although... i do believe my rb2 girl has tats too... just not the same ones... maybe??

There proof that we need to be the girls because i can't even remember what she looks like exactly!

3.19.09 - Dreams...

Okay, rather than posting on my blog, which isn't so personal, I decided I'd post this here, considering it does involve "the band". Not all members *cough*cough* follow the blog, but at least a couple do...

So I woke up around 8pm Thursday, out of a cRaZy dream!!! Thank heavens I was alive!

Here's how it went down:

Kara had moved up to Champaign for some odd reason, which since it was present day and Sarah nor I was married, makes no since. Anyways, the place she found was $9.99/night. LOL, why she was paying by the night, I don't have a clue, but if you do the math, that's about $300/mo. Not bad, but it was the cheapest she could find. Sarah & I had went to visit her and when Sarah started walking into a basement, I was freaked out a bit. The place was so cheap because it was in some basement. Well, turns out she had a roomate! A dude! I do not know the name of this guy. Apparently the place did have a kitchen, which for the price, we all (including the "roomie") were surprised about. I just remember the place being aweful dark and we turned on the kitchen light for some reason, because we were looking around for the kitchen. Anyways the 4 of us and the roomie's friend, who apparently was named Landon, decided to watch a movie. I was on the couch, the far right as your sitting on it, and then the rommie and Landon on the far left. The girls where on the floor, right in front of me, like laying on my legs, in front of me. For some odd reason, Sarah & I were holding hands. I'm not sure if we were scared or just "flashing" our rings, because I did see the rings in the dream and no bands, so I know we weren't married yet. (And no, not married to each other either...) So Mr. Roomie decides to keep moving closer to me... and closer, and closer... and tries to KISS ME!!! Dude, I'm taken!! *Flashes ring AGAIN* He was NOT happy... He kept asking me for just "one" kiss. Um, NO! So it's a little bit later and he asked me if I wasn't taken, if I'd date him. I told him I thought he was kinda attractive and probalby so. ((I'm not sure why I thought he was attractive, because in my mind I thought his hair was a bit long, past sholders, kinda wavy up in a half pony, and if I cut my hair off, his would probably be longer.)) So that kinda pissed him off. Landon told him to chill out, but he didn't. I ended up going potty or something and when I was done he came in and tried to drug me!!! I was screaming for help, or I was trying, but my voice wasn't working. He was trying to kiss me and stuff. I didn't know where the girls were, because why on earth weren't they trying to help me?! I apparently got free b/c Landon pulled the dude away. I went in to the living room, looking for the girls, only to find a trapt door in the floor! He'd locked the girls in the basement's basement!!!!! I just remember opening the door and loads of stuffed animals in the top, like the girls were using them to try to get out??? I dunno, but I think a little while after that I woke up... *Whew* I'm so happy to be alive...

#1) Kara, you are not ever moving to Champaign again!
#2) Kara, you are not allowed to live in a basement apartment.
#3) Kara, you are NEVER allowed to have a male roomie or
#4) be friends with a dude with past the sholders wavy hair!

We're gonna play Guitar Hero...

I'm double posting this (a.k.a. it will be on my other blog, too) since it pertains to both...

What started out as an evening to play Guitar Hero, yes GUITAR HERO, with the girls... took a turn... a turn that was GREAT!!!

My friend Lilo (Sarah) had needed a few things at Wal-Mart and what-not so her, Lila (Kara) and I went mini-shopping. HAHA. We went to Maurices where we all bought something, went to Bath & Body Works where I bought Mr. L (Brad) some body wash, ate at Steak & Shake, got some crap at Wal-Mart... and that's when it began...

I had thought about getting Guitar Hero: World Tour for a while now. More songs, new format, etc. Well, Lilo saw it and thought she might want it because she has an XBOX360 and would like to play when she gets married and moves away from us to where her fiancé lives. After debate, going to GameStop and convincing Stitch (Justin) it was a good idea, she bought the Dual Guitar Pack that had 2 Wireless GH Guitar Controllers & the Game, for $120. YIPPIE!!!

I had prior plans to eat dinner with Mr. L's family, for our birthdays, so I left the girls and headed home. Lilo's cousin Layla (Melissa) was due to be down, so they all got to create their characters and what-not while I was with Brad's family. I left around 8 and let them know, so they could come out.

Upon arrival, I was told I had to give Layla a mini-tour of the house, including the "make-up room"... it's the computer room, dang-it! LOL, OMG, Melissa FELL IN LOVE!!! I was so ecstatic because it's just wonderful to finally 'meet' (I've known her but we haven't hung out all that much) someone that just LOVES make-up, like I do! Unfortunately, she's married and her husband does not approve of said obsession. I have A LOT, I admit it, but I swear, I'm really going to work on getting it under control. Will I ever stop, completely, buying make-up... NO, I can't, stuff does need replaced and I love wearing it, doing it, washing it off, creating it, buying it, organizing it, etc... I can't stop, but I can cut back, I can limit myself, etc. I'm proud to say I only own 2 blue and 1 green eyeshadows from MAC. Most are shades of white, purple & black. I told myself, upon getting obsessed with MAC, I was only going to buy what I would wear, and I feel I've done very good to do so. Most of my glosses & lippies are shades of light pink (yes you CAN have a dozen+ different shades of light pink!).

ANYWAYS, Lilo wanted me to do her hair since they were going preliminary wedding dress shopping the next day... so she was off to wash her hair. In the mean time, Lila wanted PINK eyes like her Rock Band Character. I tried, I really tried!

Lila was playing with my Shadesticks and decided to try to swatch them all... LOL. I have no idea which is which!



After said funness, Lilo wanted to look at my stash for possible wedding eye make-up. She had previously applied some foundation, blush, lipgloss, eyeliner & mascara. I had curled her hair and she was thinking a similar style with the sides pulled back.

Heee!! So we are all out here ready to Rockband... but wait.... what's that sitting over there in the front room??? Why it's Guitar Hero, World Tour. So ok maybe we'll play that too....and tonight we are gonna get a 'temp'... Layla. (she almost fits.... it's reeeeeeeeally close) Right now some are looking over the MASSIVE amounts of make-up that Lily owns, Lilo is about to get her hair did and I.... I am writing to those out there that just might care. Maybe everyone will get their make-up done to match their character's look. We'll have to see.
