Seriously?!?! You took it apart and fixed it?!?! Go you guys!!! My fear would have been that in taking it apart there would have been something that wouldn't want to part with it's other half and break in such a way that there would be no fixing it!!
YEP! Mr. L took all the screws out, using our new Black & Decker Cordless Screwdriver, from Menard's Black Friday Sale, and the top ring of the spring had broke... so we pulled a new loop off and it's holding well! He had thought about taking the spring off the wired one, but decided we'd try this, first. Yippie!
Well there you go! If necessary you have a back up!! Lol who would have guessed that that's what that poor wired one would become... a guitar used for spare parts (only if necessary though)
